Declaration of the owner :  The above declaration is not intendet to unsure anyone ! I just want to "protect" myself against some legal steps that take practice , especially on the internet. Its hard to tell for me in english but there are firms or persons out there (lawyers for example) that just look around for some minor failures on webpages. Then the send you legal writings where they inform you about it and want the the owner of the webpages takes over their (in my opinion) fictive expenses. Theses steps are often legalized and protected by laws. In my opinion these laws are surely necessary and good but those persons (not all lawyers) are not doing good for a good community climate. You do a little failure by fault because you don't know about and have a lot trouble out of it. So this declaration above is intended to prevent people doing harm to me. So there's nothing to fear if you don't want to and won't do harm to me. I'd like to explain that I never ever had such problems I mentioned above. There was and there is still a good community climate and I want to keep it like that !
